30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the condition received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

To request a return, email frankmiranda.4x@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Opened personal-care products, customized products, hazardous materials, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by law. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about an item’s eligibility.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

European Union
Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days as required by applicable law.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing by your bank or card provider. If 15 business days have passed after approval, contact frankmiranda.4x@gmail.com.
