These Terms of Service apply to your use of sytechy.com and purchases from Sytechy. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use

Products and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order when information is inaccurate or a product is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid will be refunded.

Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and available payment providers. You are responsible for applicable charges, taxes, and accurate billing and delivery information.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping estimates and available services are shown during checkout when available. Separate Shipping and Return and Refund policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual property
Site content, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by Sytechy or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or exploited commercially without permission.

The store may use third-party services such as Shopify and payment providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products and the site are provided subject to applicable consumer laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sytechy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
